SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE
Herbal Goodness is seeking a reliable, task-oriented, and innovative Operations, and Bookkeeping Associate to work with the Operations team and provide operational and bookkeeping support. This job involves analyzing existing processes, supporting inventory management and supply chain, overseeing quality control, dealing with bookkeeping on Quick Books, and supporting the Operations Manager. Will help with daily order fulfillment.
Experience with Quickbooks is a must. Will be working with the CPA and other bookkeepers to ensure company books are updated weekly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing quick books
- Manage all daily order fulfillment and all shipping and freight requests.
- Support & manage shipping and freight needs for vendors, retailers, distributors/clients (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Oversee the smooth running of order fulfillment.
- Manage new and existing vendors and suppliers.
- Support new product research and development.
- Provide support to accounting for inventory control audits and company tradeshow events.
- Support CEO and operations team with all tasks.
- Manage Amazon FBA platforms including product listing, product pages and shipments.
- Perform any other duties related to the position of Operations Associate.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.Sc./Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is a must. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience.
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks without being reminded.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (Google Suite).
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistently including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Must have excellent Internet connection, a working laptop and ability to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (Between 9 am – 5 pm Central Standard Time)
Base Salary N140,000.00

SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE
The Marketing and Social Media Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team’s efforts to promote the company’s products or services and engage with the target audience through various digital and social media channels. This role combines marketing and social media expertise to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance the brand’s online presence. Create and curate engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community. Track and report social media performance using analytics tools. Grow social Media followers on TT and IG
- Content Creation: Generate high-quality written and visual content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce compelling visuals, infographics, and videos. Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts for optimal engagement.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget management. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign consistency and alignment.
- Audience Engagement: Foster active and meaningful engagement with the target audience through comments, discussions, and content sharing. Respond to inquiries and customer feedback in a timely and professional manner. Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to extend reach.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor online conversations and industry trends, staying informed about emerging social media and marketing trends. Prepare regular reports on social media and campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. Utilize analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance brand identity and messaging consistency across all digital and social media platforms. Ensure that all content adheres to company and brand guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Must have completed NYSC
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, growth and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media trends, analytics and advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design software, and content management systems.
- Must have organic followers of at least 3000 on social media especially on TT and IG
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have photo editing skills
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
