Our services are currently limited to specific geographic locations, including Lagos, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Clients outside these areas may not avail of our services at this time. We reserve the right to update or expand our service areas in the future.

We require full payment from our clients prior to the initiation of any service. Clients must complete the payment process in order to avoid delays or cancellations of requested services.

  1. We strictly enforce a no-refund policy once services have commenced. In the event of client dissatisfaction, we encourage prompt communication to explore mutually satisfactory resolutions, which may include adjustments to the service or alternative arrangements.

  1. Clients engaging QweekHire are entitled to a one-month complimentary extension of service if, within the first three months, they fail to secure an interview invitation. If an interview invitation remains elusive after this one-month period, QweekHire reserves the right to discontinue services for the client.

  1. The confidentiality of client personal information is of paramount importance to us. We ensure that all client data is handled securely, adhering to stringent non-disclosure policies that safeguard client privacy.

  1. QweekHire retains the right to discontinue services in the event of a client breach of terms and conditions. Clients will be promptly informed of such a decision along with the reasons for discontinuation. No refunds will be issued in cases where services are discontinued due to client breaches.

  1. QweekHire specializes in the facilitation of online job searches and applications on behalf of clients. We do not provide referrals and therefore not responsible for any client employed by any organization. Our role is solely focused on assisting clients in the job application process.

QweekHire respects client communication preferences, and timely responses to queries and requests are crucial for the optimal delivery of our services. Clients are urged to acknowledge the importance of prompt communication for effective service provision.
